Experience Types
Your custom senior portrait session is more than a photo shoot, it's an experience!
Part of our pre-planning consultation is to discuss your style, look and feel you want in your custom portraits. We want to choose locations that will compliment your personal style and not be a distraction. Are you a modern fashionista who wants to reflect an edgy urban style or are you a softer bohemian type? This tells me if we need choose either cool alleys or warm grassy fields. Selecting the right environment will fuse together the entire look and feel of your portraits.
A studio experience provides classic timeless portraits. An outdoor excursion provides you a variety of unique environmental backgrounds, textures, and poses.
All experiences include access to our eStyle Guide, What to Bring List, and Color Pallets. Our eStyle Guide has suggestions of what to wear, makeup tips, and other items needed for your session.
Listed below are different types of experiences you can choose.
The Simple
This is for the person who wants to keep it simple and real. The Simple Session is either is in our studio or at an out door location. It last approximately, 45 minutes and allows for two outfit changes. Typically the guys choose this session, because we know they don’t want to spend hours in front of the camera. We make it as painless as possible and still get fantastic images that make you and your parents happy.
The VIP
There are amazing possibilities with The VIP 1.5 hour session! We choose a location based upon the style and look you are after. Clothing changes are unlimited! Plan on at least 3 outfit changes and accessorizing for several different looks.
The Lux
The Lux Session is the most popular! This session gives you the flexibility to create multiple looks in different locations. Select this session when additional time is needed to create a BFF, school, sport, or hobby activities portraits. This session is approximately 2.5 hours long. Clothing changes are unlimited! Plan on 4 or more outfits and accessorize for several different looks.
Destination Experiences
Traci loves to do destination photographic sessions! Places to consider would be Lake Tahoe, Dillon Beach, and San Francisco. If you have a special place in mind please let us know!
The Dynamic Image
If you are looking for something truly unique, and want your images to have an edgy, gritty, and high definition look, the Dynamic Image Session is for you! What makes these images different is the Premier lighting and post production processing. Each image is individually processed to match the HDR backgrounds of your choice.
Make-Up
Choose what is right for you! Some girls want to do their own make up, but most prefer using one of our recommended make-up artists. Our Seniors tell us they enjoy the experience of being pampered by a professional make up artist and not having to worry about getting their makeup camera-ready.
Creation fees are for the photographer's artistic talent in creating the ultimate senior experience. This includes the planning session, creating the portraits, and the initial editing of each image shown. Prints and products are purchased separately.
If you need to reschedule just give us a call 48 hours before your appointment, and we will be happy to apply your session fee toward your new scheduled time.
Due to the time to create a customized experience with each client, we take a limited number of seniors each year, so booking in advance is recommended.
